KANSAS CITY — The Twins have been one of the contending teams actively searching for starting pitching help heading into Saturday’s non-waiver Trade Deadline.but now that Dan Haren and Cliff Lee — two of the big name starters that were on the market — have already been traded and the Twins starting pitchers entered Tuesday having posted a 1.06 ERA during the last turn of the rotation, perhaps the Twins might also be exploring other avenues in which to improve the club before the 3 p.m. CT deadline on Saturday.The Twins also appear to be on the lookout for bullpen help.
