Back in April of 2009 Marvin Sapp’s wife MaLinda went to the hospital after experiencing excruciating pain. At first, the two thought she likely had kidney stones. But according to Sapp, the doctors checked her and couldn’t find any stones. In a recent interview he explained, “But the pain wouldn’t leave, so they did some tests and came back to the room and told us it was stage four colon cancer.” Then, earlier this year, the doctors pronounced Mrs. Sapp Cancer-free.

As we all know, Rahman’s interest and outlook in music stems from his love for experimentation. “We will be organising a grand launch of the music. It will be released on the sets of the music show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa on 17 September.  AR Rahman, John Abraham, Pakhi, Madhu Mantena and Abbas Tyrewala will be present at the show,” revealed Saregama CEO Apurv Nagpal.

The album of the film consists of seven original tracks and two remix versions. “I think this will be Rahman’s best composition till now. Each song has a distinct feel. In fact, it seems like Rahman has created an entirely new genre of music with Jhoota Hi Sahi,” added Nagpal.

Saregama is planning for a 360 degree approach for marketing the film as well as its music. Apart from making the film’s music available in all the leading stores, it will be up on Saregama’s website for a hassle-free download. “We will be coming up with a premium CD set with a surprise in it. I would not like to disclose much about it right now but we are coming up with a few unusual and innovative ways to promote the film,” he added.
